We make every effort to display product colours and images accurately, however we cannot guarantee exact screen representation.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS
By placing an order, you agree that:

  • You are authorised to use the payment method supplied

Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers. COOLMi does not store full credit card details.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected.

SHIPPING
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
COOLMi is not responsible for delays outside of our control.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

DISCOUNT CODES
From time to time, COOLMi Towel offers promotional discounts in the form of discount or coupon codes. Terms associated with each code will be listed in conjunction with the promotional event and timeframe. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, and there is no cash alternative. To apply a coupon or discount code, the code must be applied at checkout. COOLMi Towel is not obliged to reimburse or refund a voucher amount to any order placed without a discount code and cannot apply codes to orders retrospectively.

SALE, BUNDLES & DISCONTINUED ITEMS
Please choose carefully, as we do not accept returns or refunds on any product that has been on sale or marked down, unless faulty or damaged.
