How does my COOLMi Towel work?
COOLMi Towels use advanced evaporative cooling fabric. Simply WET. SQUEEZE. SHAKE. the towel to activate an instant cooling effect.
As water evaporates from the fabric, heat is drawn away from the skin to help lower surface temperature and provide refreshing relief.
How long does the cooling effect last?
Cooling duration depends on temperature, humidity and airflow.
As soon as your towel begins to feel warm, simply shake to reactivate.
If your towel starts to dry out, wet and shake again to restore the cooling effect.
What sizes are available?
COOLMi currently comes in three convenient sizes:
- Active Towel – Large size (100cm x 30cm) for sport, workouts and outdoor activities
- Pause Towel – Medium size (50cm x 30cm) for discreet, everyday cooling
- Care Towel – Small size (30cm x 30cm), face-washer style for targeted relief

What if my towel doesn’t feel cold?
The most common reason your towel doesn’t feel cold is that there is too much water in the fabric. The towel should be damp, not dripping. Squeeze out excess water, shake, and try again.
What is evaporative cooling?
Evaporative cooling is a natural process that occurs when water turns into vapour. As water evaporates from your COOLMi Towel, it draws heat away from your skin, helping to lower body temperature and make you feel cooler.
What are COOLMi Towels made from?
Our advanced mesh fabric is the secret behind COOLMi’s instant cooling power.
Made from a unique blend of 55% polyester and 45% polyamide fibres, it’s engineered with a special open-weave structure that maximises airflow and water absorption.
Does the towel feel wet on my skin?
No. COOLMi Towels are designed to feel cool and damp, not dripping. When squeezed out properly, they provide cooling without soaking your clothes.
Is my COOLMi Towel reusable?
Yes! COOLMi Towels are designed for long-term, repeated use and can be reactivated thousands of times.

How do I dry my COOLMi Towel?
Line dry in the shade or tumble dry on low heat.
COOLMi Towels cannot be dry cleaned.
