2. Competition Period

The COOLMi Ultimate Sports Pack Giveaway (the Competition) commences at 12:01am AEDT on Sunday, 1 November 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Monday, 30 November 2026.

All entries must be received during the Competition Period. Entries received outside these dates will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who reside in:

• New South Wales (NSW)
• Victoria (VIC)
• Queensland (QLD)
• South Australia (SA)
• Tasmania (TAS)
• Australian Capital Territory (ACT)
• Northern Territory (NT)

Residents of Western Australia (WA) are not eligible to enter.

Directors, employees and contractors directly involved in conducting the Competition, together with their immediate families, are ineligible.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to receive entries into the Competition.

4.1 FREE ENTRY — Newsletter Subscription

To receive one (1) FREE entry, eligible participants must:

1. Visit www.coolmitowel.com.au during the Competition Period.
2. Complete the COOLMi Ultimate Sports Pack Giveaway entry form, providing their full name, valid email address and state or territory of residence.
3. Accept these Terms & Conditions.

Both new and existing COOLMi newsletter subscribers are eligible to enter.

Existing newsletter subscribers must complete the Competition entry form to participate. They will not be automatically entered.

Only one (1) free entry is permitted per eligible person, regardless of the number of email addresses used.

No purchase is necessary to receive a free entry.

4.2 BONUS ENTRIES — COOLMi Purchases

Participants who have completed a valid Competition entry will receive one (1) bonus entry for each eligible COOLMi retail product purchased through www.coolmitowel.com.au during the Competition Period.

Bonus entries will be allocated as follows:

For example, purchasing two Active towels and one Care 2-Pack will earn three (3) bonus entries.

Bonus entries are awarded per eligible retail product, not per order.

There is no maximum number of bonus purchase entries per eligible participant.

Purchases must be completed during the Competition Period at the normal advertised selling price. No additional entry fee applies.

Bonus entries will be matched to the email address used for the participant's Competition entry. Participants should use the same email address when making purchases.

Only completed and valid purchases qualify. Cancelled, refunded or fraudulent purchases will not qualify for bonus entries. Where an order is partially refunded, bonus entries will only be awarded for eligible products retained by the customer.

Participants must complete the Competition entry form before the closing date to receive any bonus entries.

5. Prize Details

There is one (1) prize package to be won.

All prize values are in Australian dollars and are based on recommended retail prices at the commencement of the Competition.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to supply the prize exactly as described. Any substitution due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's control will be of equal or greater value and subject to applicable laws.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected by random electronic draw from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.

Draw Date: Wednesday, 2 December 2026

Draw Time: 12:00pm AEDT

Draw Location: 66 Seymour Street, Hurstville Grove NSW 2220.

The draw will be conducted using a random electronic selection method that gives each valid entry an equal chance of winning.

Each valid free entry and bonus entry will be included individually in the draw.

The first valid entry randomly selected will be declared the winner, subject to eligibility verification.

Participants are not required to be present at the draw.

The Promoter will maintain records of the draw and its results.

7. Winner Notification and Announcement

The winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw, using the email address provided on their Competition entry form.

The notification will include details of the prize and instructions for claiming it.

The winner's name and state or territory will be published on www.coolmitowel.com.au within seven (7) days of the draw and remain available for at least seven (7) days, subject to applicable privacy and publication requirements.

Where an additional form of publication is required by law, the Promoter will comply with that requirement.

8. Claiming the Prize and Unclaimed Prizes

The winner must respond to the prize notification and provide the information reasonably required to verify their eligibility and arrange prize delivery.

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner, including sending follow-up emails.

Prize Claim Deadline: Tuesday, 5 January 2027 at 11:59pm AEDT.

If the prize remains unclaimed after this deadline, the Promoter proposes to conduct an unclaimed-prize draw, subject to applicable state and territory laws.

Proposed Unclaimed-Prize Draw:

• Date: Wednesday, 6 January 2027
• Time: 12:00pm AEDT
• Location: 66 Seymour Street, Hurstville Grove NSW 2220
• Method: Random electronic draw from the remaining valid entries.

Any replacement winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the redraw.

The Promoter will comply with all applicable requirements relating to unclaimed prizes, including any requirement to retain, surrender or otherwise deal with an unclaimed prize.

Regulatory confirmation required before publication: The proposed redraw date and process must be confirmed as compliant with the rules applying in each eligible state and territory, particularly the Northern Territory.

9. Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered free of charge to the winner's nominated Australian postal address within an eligible state or territory.

The Promoter will arrange dispatch within 28 days of receiving the winner's verified delivery details, subject to circumstances outside its reasonable control.

The winner is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

10. Privacy and Marketing Communications

The Promoter collects personal information to administer the Competition, verify eligibility, allocate entries, contact the winner and arrange prize delivery.

Information collected may include the participant's name, email address, state or territory, eligible purchase information and, for the winner, delivery address.

Newsletter and promotional marketing communications will only be sent where the participant has provided the necessary consent or another lawful basis applies.

Both new and existing COOLMi newsletter subscribers may enter the Competition.

Participants may unsubscribe from COOLMi marketing emails at any time without invalidating an otherwise valid Competition entry.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the COOLMi Privacy Policy available on www.coolmitowel.com.au and applicable Australian privacy laws.

11. Verification and Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right, subject to applicable laws, to verify the validity of entries and the identity, age, residency and eligibility of participants.

The Promoter may disqualify entries that are fraudulent, duplicated, incomplete, misleading or submitted in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Participants must not use multiple email addresses or false identities to obtain additional free entries.

Bonus entries arising from cancelled or refunded purchases may be removed before the draw.

Any disqualification decision will be made reasonably and in accordance with applicable laws.

12. General Conditions

The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, incomplete, corrupted or not received due to technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

The Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the Competition only where permitted by applicable laws and after obtaining any necessary regulatory approval.

If circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control prevent the prize from being supplied as described, the Promoter will comply with applicable laws regarding any proposed substitution.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

The Promoter will retain Competition records for at least two (2) years following the draw, or longer where required by law.

13. Third-Party Disclaimer

This Competition is independently organised and conducted by COOLMi Pty Ltd.

The North Face and YETI are not sponsors, administrators or endorsers of this Competition and are not affiliated with its conduct.

All third-party trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.

14. Regulatory Compliance

This Competition is intended to operate as a trade promotion lottery in accordance with applicable Australian state and territory laws.

Western Australian residents are excluded.

The Promoter will comply with all applicable requirements concerning entry, winner selection, prize allocation, winner notification, publication, record keeping and unclaimed prizes.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By entering the Competition, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
